Are you sure? If it is so effective, why didn’t I hear of Antifragility before? There are a few reasons:
the term Antifragile is quite new. The book with that title was published in 2012.
Antifragility is difficult to understand. You may compare it to gravity. It is everywhere and it seems simple on the outside, but even quantum mechanics can not explain it.
Antifragility is in many cases confused with resilience.
